SolarGy Engages Industry Partners to Advance Solar and BIPV Solutions

In February 2026, SolarGy is proud to be featured in The Singapore Engineer, recognising our role in advancing BIPV and BAPV solutions in Singapore.

Since 2021, SolarGy has been a pioneer in the BIPV/BAPV space, pushing the boundaries of how solar can be integrated into the built environment — beyond traditional rooftop systems. From early façade applications to large-scale deployments, we are seeing strong momentum, with more projects coming online across data centres, infrastructure, and commercial developments.

At SolarGy, we believe solar is no longer just an add-on — it is becoming a core design element in modern architecture. Through our range of coloured and transparent BIPV/BAPV panels, we enable architects and developers to seamlessly integrate energy generation into their façades without compromising design intent. Some of our completed projects include the PSA Building at Tuas Finger 2 Terminal, SCAL Building at Tannery Lane, and Marina South Pier — demonstrating how form and function can come together to deliver both aesthetics and performance.

With increasing focus on sustainability, Green Mark requirements, and net-zero targets, we are excited to support more partners in unlocking the potential of façade-integrated solar. If you are exploring BIPV or BAPV for your upcoming projects, we would be glad to connect early and support your design journey.

Feel free to reach out to us to discuss further.

Together, let’s accelerate Singapore’s transition to clean energy.

At SolarGy, it has been our tradition to hold a Chinese New Year luncheon after the team resumes work following the festive break. However, this year was a little different as the fasting month fell shortly after the holiday period. In the spirit of inclusivity, we decided to bring the celebration forward and organise the luncheon before the Chinese New Year break, ensuring that everyone in the team could join and enjoy the celebration together.

The gathering provided a wonderful opportunity for colleagues to spend time together, share a festive meal, and strengthen team bonds before the holiday period.

As part of the celebration, we also shared the Chinese New Year hampers received from our valued suppliers and partners. Instead of distributing the hampers to only a few individuals, we decided to split them into smaller portions so that everyone could receive a share, allowing the entire team to enjoy the festive treats.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all our suppliers and partners for their generosity in sending the festive hampers. Your thoughtful gestures made the celebration even more meaningful for our team.

SolarGy wishes everyone a prosperous, healthy, and successful year ahead.
